A relaxed magazine style interview show. Set in the studio, the show provides interviews with local community groups as well as local people, its aim is to promote a healthy lifestyle in Northland.

A music show for the people of Whangarei. Designed to be informative and entertaining for the youth. Locked plays a variety of music genres from multiple generations and has a heavy focus on local and national music.


Colin’s Mates

A talk show hosted by local celebrity Colin Toomer Each week Colin brings in local performers and writers to chat with them about their work.


Pukeko Echo

The flagship show of Channel North Television. Produced by the primary children, for the primary children. The concept has take off in the last 3 years and has become a part of the curriculum for the schools of Whangarei, To create their own TV show. The students benefit from working alongside the professionals at Channel North to provide real world experience in the industry and showing career pathways.

Promotes local businesses in an interview setting, hosted by local personality Vince Cocurullo.

A youth issues panel show where high school aged students produce their own show and use it to express their opinions via social network.

A show created in association with CHART and The Northern Advocate, Hosted by Sarah Boon, the show provides local artists the opportunity to discuss and promote their works in a television environment.
